The background of this research is because there are still many problems caused by work culture, the problems that exist are less responsible for the apparatus in maintaining green open space, the low working spirit of apparatus in maintaining green space, the lack of dedication in maintaining the green open space and the low level of cleanliness, care, security, and comfort during a visit to the RTH of Imam Bonjol. There are two purposes of this study, firstly, to know the Working Culture of the Apparatus Apparatus Office of the Padang City Environment in the maintenance of RTH Imam Bonjol. Second, to know the factors that influence the work culture in RTH Imam Bonjol maintenance. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted at Environmental Department of Padang City. The research informants were determined purposive and incidental sampling. The data collected are primary and secondary data through observation, interview and documentation study. Test data validity is done by triangulation then data analyzed by reducing data, display data and draw conclusion during research conducted. The results of this study indicate that the work culture apparatus Padang City Environment Office is not optimal, and the need for increased supervision and security is done by the government for the comfort of the public to visit the RTH Imam Bonjol.
