Hubungan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Siulak Mukai Kabupaten Kerinci
Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between human resource development and the performance of Siulak Mukai sub-district office employees in Kerinci regency. The respondents in this study are 13 people from Siulak Mukai sub-district office of Kerinci Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate: (1) There is a relationship between the development of human resources and the performance of Siulak Mukai subdistrict office of Kerinci Regency, Category strong relationship. This is evidenced from the calculation of correlation coefficient of 0.796 located at the interval between 0.60 to 0.769. (2) The amount of contribution or contribution of variable of human resource development performance of office employee of Siulak Mukai sub-district of Kerinci Regency is 59,21% while 40,79% influenced by other variable not discussed in this research. (3) Based on the t test with the provision of error rate = 0.05. Db = n-2 (33-2) = 31 so that obtained table = 1.799 and counted = 3.9933 in this case counted from the table which means the relationship of human resources development with the performance of employees office Siulak Mukai head of Kerinci Regency is significant.
